Effective, value-adding consulting cannot lack an observation phase, an understanding of the context, followed by root cause analysis, harnessing systems thinking and defining the goal.
Only then can we choose the right tools, identify possible ways to achieve the goal, because there is always more than one.
Ethical and pragmatic consulting is not about selling the same “silver bullet” to many different clients.
It does not help to succumb to trends and promote attitudes rooted in another culture.
I am the only Accredited Kanban Method Consultant in Poland and one of less than 100 worldwide. This title is awarded by Kanban Univeristy on the basis of proven experience in carrying out evolutionary change at the scale of an organization according to the principles of the Kanban Method.
