Just as in large biological organisms specialization occurs - the genesis of tissues or organs. The same way organizations should evolve.   <br>\n<br> Team Topologies is a structural framework for teams and a certain management philosophy. It is a pattern language for an organization that considers its evolutionary nature and the need for continuous, focused change. The key idea in Team Topologies is to create the right types of teams that effectively support business goals. These can be specialized teams, responsible for specific areas of a product or service, platform teams, that take care of the technology infrastructure, teams dedicated to experimentation and innovation, and many others. It is important to compose the teams in such a way that they can collaborate effectively and complement each other.    <br>\n<br> The Team Topologies approach is very compatible in its DNA with the Kanban Method we practice.
