TEAM TOPOLOGIES FUNDAMENTALS
Do you feel like many of your teams are only “islands of efficiency”, but work at the organization scale flows slowly or gets bogged down in between?
That’s pretty common!
Want to learn how to practically shape teams, and their interactions, so that together they deliver value to customers faster, business feedback, and don’t end up burning everyone out?
You’re in the right place.
Find out how the Team Topologies approach can help you do this and further drive the evolution of your organization!
Why care?
For more than 20 years, in the spirit of agile, we have heard that teams should be cross-functional and independent enough to deliver value efficiently.
Unfortunately, in many organizations, especially larger ones and those that have existed for years, this is not easy to achieve.
Let’s do something about it!
Start by looking at the whole organization holistically and understanding what types of teams we currently have, what types we would like to have, and how their interactions should evolve.
A big reorganization is not needed here at all, but rather a conscious evolutionary, path.
If you are looking for inspiration, but also for specific tools with which you want to optimize the flow of value and information in your organization, you have come to the perfect place.
Learn and use the Team Topologies approach in practice!
Training objectives:
